  • Individualized video instruction of exercises provided to ensure proper form and safety
  • Initial 45-60 minute Zoom/video call to become familiar with each other and discuss injury, sport background, functional limitations, pain, and short/long term goals
  • Virtual movement/performance analysis specific to YOUR sport/activities and YOUR long term goals for the program
  • Unlimited email support with WEEKLY follow up (Check in to discuss progress, setbacks, and ANY questions you have)
  • MONTHLY Zoom/Video call follow-up to discuss the current program, determine possible progressions, modifications, or regressions needed to reach short and long term goals, and reassess original movement/ performance exam for progress made
